It is a busy month in the skies as tomorrow there will be a solar eclipse! Unlike the lunar eclipse that occurred a few weeks ago, a solar eclipse is when the Moon passes in front of the Sun as viewed from Earth. Here in Canberra, the eclipse will occur from 4:08 - 5:23 pm, with maximum coverage, the time when the largest amount of the Sun will be blocked by the Moon, occurring at 5:12 pm.
