It is a day to give thanks and whilst I thank Jah all the time, I want to especially thank him today for two great ladies. Chatted today to two amazing women who both mothered and fathered me; Mommy Keisha and Granny Priscilla. Granny said; I miss you! Dem tell me you inna Montserrat ah run fu elecshun! I said; Remember I did tell you I was going to Montserrat? You know I woulda tell you if I was running Granny. She said; Dey tell me bout you wuk, and your Grandma proud of you! Just keep wukkin, you goin to get lift up soon. Then reasoning with my Mom, Keisha, she said; You see how they looking to destroy Jah children with the Ebola nonsense? Look how the black man in America died and the others still living? I responded; Yes Mommy. Some people dont want to open their eyes and see whats going on. So you irie though? She asked. Yeah, everything bless yes Mommy. I responded. Give thanks! Jah guidance! She responded. The love of a Mother and a Grandmother. I give thanks, and raise them up to Jah on this day of thanksgiving!
