It is a matter of great shocked that India is among the highest number of road accident casualties in the world. In our country everyday some fatal accidents take place because of negligent and drunken driving . It is a matter of great regret that there is no check on this kind of drunken driving. In my opinion mostly truck drivers think as this is their right to drive on the highway when they are fully drunk. I think such a trend is growing up day by day. There is an ineffective law, there is no judicial procedure, there is no enforcement by the police official, so that offenders could be booked under drunk driving. In spite of frequent incident of roads accidents our govt is still clueless as how to handle this problem and what sort of punishment be reserved for the offenders after being caught red handed. So all my friends are requested to share their mind in this regard by which way we can avoid this fatal accidents to happen. Vijay
