It is a pity the The Wilderness Society Sold out the rest of the environment groups that for the first time in Tasmanias history had a majority vote and could have done more to protect Tasmanias wild forests and native wilderness. Crossing the floor and compromising with the forestry groups has increaced the mid to highland clearland logging in Tasmania. The protection of 45 thousand acres opened up over 100 thousand previously protected acres for their clearfelling. All because The Wilderness Society sold all the hard work of hundreds of thousands in not millions of people world wide to the wall, so they could claim small wins like this as theirs. Vicca Bailey and the rest of the back room hierarchy of TWS has a lot to answer for, PUBLIC COMPANIES are just that, open to the PUBLIC no cloak and dagger selling out allowed!.
