It is a playing on words but those are two type of expressions they are combining on one and only first of those idea of a loading gun meaning very danger like an actual loaded gun. It can mean someone who is looking for a fighting or someone who getting so angry easily or it can mean an accident waiting to happen. In the context song it can probably means something along the lines of the relationship is a bad idea. The second is the phrase God complex. A God complex mean that you act in an arrogant way you think that you cannot possibly be wrong, you refuse to compromise about anything. Someone who thinks they are always single right all the time and that mean they are essentially perfectness has a God complex but this probably means one of two things: Example: People are saying the girl Sugar always has to be right, or always thinks she is. She refuses to be compromise in their relationship, hence in their relationship is a loaded gun. Example: He is admitted to his own very shortcomings plus saying that it is him himself who has a God complex, and is therefore to blame for any problems.
