It is a quiet week in the Cataldo house. Just Beezie-Girl and me. Trixie is definitely missing her sidekick, Penelope. And of course, I am missing my baby boy. I was thinking about him a lot again today as I went through photos of me and my children. It breaks my ♡ that, come November, it will be a full year since I have seen him other than from a far. Of course, I am loving him just as much as I did last November. Ill love you forever, Ill like you for always, as long as Im living my baby youll be. Then, as I was tearing up a bit, okay... a lot, I found a ray of sunshine, that #joy in the brokenness. It was a letter the kids wrote (Penned by Sis) for me last year when I got sick. Ahhh... this made me so happy to see as I reflected upon them cheering me up when they gave this to me after a bad asthma attack I had, which led me to a trip to the ER last year. These photos are so dear to me... many I took last year. The one with both of my children and my mountain is especially powerful to me. So, tonight I will allow myself a bit of sadness, but then will pick up and start a new tomorrow... moving forward in my journey, sharing my story, and living with passion and purpose. However, I will all the while keep these two loves of my life first and foremost before anyone or anything. ♡ In Gods way and in Gods time, my son will return. I have faith. ♡ Through it all, even the ouchie feeling in my heart, I am so very blessed. No matter if they are near or far, I will always be their Mama. No one can ever take that from me and boy it is the most cherished title and honor to be their mama. I am so proud. So... a prayer goes out to all my single mama friends. May you be strong in the difficult times and do what is right for your babies. May you walk with grace, with love in your ♡, with truth in your words, and have faith to your core. You can do it... you are all ☆☆superstars☆☆. Remember, I am always here as an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, a friend to giggle with, an a hand to help you up when you stumble.
