It is a real encouragement as we meditate om the miracles that any of us have had in our own lives. I never cease to thank the Lord for so many miracles He has done in our family. Just to give one example was in December 1945. Our first son,Gary was about to be born. The Doctor told James that he did not think that Gary or Mildred would live. James immediately called my family to pray and to get others praying. James had just gotten out of the Army and he ended up spending 15 days in the hospital to be with me. The Doctor told me he did not expect Gary to live, but he did not tell me I might not live. Thank God we both lived. We can never thank God enough for sparing both Gary and myself. His Hand has been on us and all of our family. I know many have miracles they can thank God for also. We should never tire of giving thanksgiving to the Lord for all miracles.
