It is a relief to see that many of my fellow freethinkers understand that carnism is never an option once youve seen the world as it should be. Apparantly a few people were rather upset with my recent confession, in which I announce my natural craving and need for animal flesh. Humor comes in many shades and tastes, and it is therefor not universal by definition, but I hope my distasteful joke is forgiven in the light of April Fools day. So let me emphasize: There is absolutely no form of reasoning that justifies taking away the inherent and natural right for any living being - human or nonhuman - to be free, to love and to live. I have no need for leather or fur. I will not accept any form of entertainment at the expence of someones freedom. I have no need for breast milk, since Im not a baby anymore. I am also not a calf. Nor will I ever again eat from the flesh of another being. No one has to suffer or die for me. To those who showed concern; I thank you. But not to worry. I am not malnourished, my body gets everything it needs. In fact, I am as healthy as can be. Anyone who cares about animals, the future of our planet and the people who inherit it... Anyone who has priorities other than their own tastebuds... Anyone with a brain, a heart, and the the willingness to use them both... It is you who can make a difference. Respect life. Be humble. Give a shit.
