It is a responsibility of elected leadership to remain humble, to respectfully and loyally carry out the tasks of the revolution, to be magnanimous even in the circumstances. This equally goes to those who held a different view towards conference, we must learn to accept outcomes of conferences gracefully, mindful of the fact that the image of the ANC is at stake. Lastly, I take this opportunity to congratulate the branches of the ANC for showing resilience, political maturity, strength of character to have navigated the difficult path towards conference and eventually holding a very successful three day conference. To the elected collective, all the best to you cdes as led by Thulani Mashaba, we know you will lead us with diligence# ANC leads ANC lives!
