It is a well known fact that our country is in the middle of an obesity epidemic. Very simply put, most of us are overweight or obese. At the beginning of a fat loss journey it is easy to understand that you have to put in X work to get from point A to B. When you get to that first goal... point B... X work becomes comfortable. At this time goals evolve and you very quickly find yourself dissatisfied with your current state of fitness. Now your new desired Result is to go from point B to C. Most people get frustrated and hit a plateau or backtrack not because they lack dedicated, but rather because they never made the connection that X work only got them to point B. In order to progress toward your new goal, point C, you must be able to put in Y or Z work. Complacency got you to point A... Dont let it prevent you from reaching your ultimate goal.
