It is always an honor for me to share my thoughts and feelings about our dear Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and my PHENOMENAL Sorors. I wrote the prayer below as a tribute to our University of TN, Knoxville Zeta Delta Chapter Graduate Adviser Shirley Croome Moore. Because of our founders, I was blessed to have had her in my life. A Sorors Prayer (Dedicated To Soror Shirley Croome Moore) by Soror April Draine Help me God to honor what sisterhood is about, Help lead me in the right direction at times when I find myself in doubt. Dear God, bless this wonderful sisterhood and help us to always grow. Help us to understand that the answers to every problem, we will never know. Dear God, I ask you on this day, to help me to continue to live the Alpha Kappa Alpha way. Bless my Sorors, each and every one. Let them all know that our organization is second to none.
