It is always not easy to manage a Company or an Organisation when you have to employ young people who come with baggage. I can tell when a person comes for an interview how they were brought up. My advise to parents, please teach your children how to respect older people and how to respect you as their parents. Kids wanting their way, end up thinking it is their right to get it from everyone else. The reality is that, that is not the way things work in the real world. Your child will suffer more if you with -hold discipline. Manipulation is the biggest enemy and guilt is the biggest lie our kids try on us. Always be aware of the fact that kids learn from what they witness and if they see their friends getting away with stuff thru bad behaviour. They will try it on you. I would like to think that Caleb is an angel but he is just an amazing gift that needs my guidance and direction. I alway understand that my emotions will be tested, but I will always use my experience to direct my emotions. Sacrifice verses Obedience. I may have sacrificed alot to get to this point in our relationship with my son, but it is not going to help him if he does not obey the rules of the game to get to the same point of where I am. If a person rebel against everything in life, how is he or she going to learn anything from life. But the worse of this behaviour brings early death to our kids, Eph 6:3 That it may go well with u and that you will live a long life.
