It is an absolute SHAME on the Admins of the Anaheim Hills Buzz to kick me off the page because I attempted to promote a local event. I posted my class at 24 Hour Fitness Anaheim Hills today...letting the many members of our community that are also members of the gym know we are offering a new INSANITY class. I did not solicit business (in fact, I offered free guest passes for non-members) nor did I ask for payment. It was not a business promotion...but a promotion of an event in our community. My post was removed. I was told that although I could not post outright, other members could post on my behalf. Then these posts were also removed without explanation. When I questioned their removal, I was told to calm down. I was then told in a condescending manner that we are volunteers and we have jobs and are not on the site 24/7. I Admin plenty of FB groups, I know what it entails, and I know its not THAT hard and certainly does NOT require a power trip! I was then contacted by another admin saying that I was removed from the Buzz because I did not sit back and accept their decision when in fact I took all my questions offline in a PRIVATE conversation with all 3 Admins. I never posted anything negative and didnt question anything outright PUBLICLY. So...in what world are you supposed to not question a BIAS community page that allows posts regarding pay to take bootcamps on the site but removes a post simply due to a distaste for 24 Hour Fitness? I am truly embarrassed for all Admins on that page.
