Instances - Lakshmi Pride Cinemas, newly opened 4 screen Multiplex in Hubli will allot a maximum of 3 shows for a Kannada Movie but the management has no problem in giving 4 shows for a Telugu Movie! Rockline Cinemas owned by Kannada Producer is allotting only 3 shows for Kaddipudi but will easily allot 4/5 shows even for medium hyped Tamil/Telugu Movies! DRC Cinemas Mysore is better but sometimes give preference to non-kannada Movies over Kannada Movies. Plexes having outside management like PVR, Inox, Cinepolis are far better in nurturing Kannada Movies.
