It is days like yesterday and today that I LOVE my Beachbody workouts! Yesterday I woke up to horrible thunderstorms. I had planned on heading out for a run, but didnt want to chance the wicked lightning display so instead I stayed in and did Focus T25 Ab Intervals. This morning was Day 2 of my hubby being out of town and since I was not able to run outside or hit the gym as it is just me and Livi at home, P90x Cardio X was my workout of choice. Beachbody allows me to get in my workouts no matter what the circumstances may be….so HAPPY I was introduced and am now actually part of the Team Beachbody family!
