It is disgusting and deplorable to offer to the first person with cash in hand $150 to a life, totally dependent on the owner for everything. No vetting, no shots, nothing. Every dog needs a loving home, but unfortunately, a few must be sacrificed so that these uncaring people cannot be monetarily encouraged to have a fourth or fifth litter of dogs to sell. Do not EVER buy cheap puppies without shots or vet care. It only encourages the welfare cheaters to sacrifice more innocent lives so they can buy another coach purse or pay their Iphone 6 bill for another month or two.
