It is easy to go out and buy a loaf of bread, or eat the cake that we enjoy most but we often take for granted that the flour has to be made available first before bread can be baked, and the cake made. Very little thought is given to the wheat farmer who toils the land to grow and harvest the wheat. And very seldom do we hear about wheat farmers who supply the basic ingredient that make bread and cake possible.
