It is for the information to all the traffic and loco running staff and other staff that due to constant persuasion and initiation against not providing the incremental benefit to all loco and TFC running staff and other staff promoted in the higher post bearing higher responsibility but in the same grade pay. The matter was later on taken to the appropriate level only by this organisation and Rly. Bd;s vide its L/No. RBE No. 95/2013 Sl.No. CC-1/317 No.PC/VI/2011/IC/I/NDLS dt. 12.09.2013 has clarified that hence forth the erst while procedure of granting one increment benefit to the employee promoted to the higher post with higher responsibility will be awarded. This is one of the major achievement of NFREU/MLG and requested to wide publish the issue among the employees. GS/NFREU/MLG.
