It is gut-wrenching to think of Francesc Fabregas imminent departure from Barcelona. I hope he snubs Chelsea for Man City. For one thing, Man City has Ferran Soriano and Txiki Beguiristan both former officials of Barcelona who have been hired to get the club to follow the Barca blueprint. For the other, I dont want Cesc to play for Jose Mourinho. His career would not be helped by his playing for a coach who would constantly ask him to track back and help the center backs. Manuel Pellegrinis attacking brand of football would suit him better. Plus, when Barca expressed interest in David Luiz Jose Mourinho cheekily said Chelsea were not a selling club. When Barca was linked with Thibaut Courtois , Jose again passed another snide comment. Therefore Barcelona should not sell Fabregas to Chelsea under Mourinho.
