It is highly unusual for officials to discuss "causes" of major accidents and they usually cite "ongoing investigation" as their excuse for not. In several recent incidents however, not only have they discussed the cause, THEY QUICKLY TOOK THE BLAME!!? The most recent ones are the train wreck in Spain and the one in Canada. Could it be that they want to divert attention away from sabotage (terrorism)? Why else would they make their company totally liable BEFORE the investigation is complete?
