It is just now that I can finally write about my experience Friday - TopicsExpress

It is just now that I can finally write about my experience Friday morning at Barksdale Federal Credit Union where I have been a member for well over 2 decades. As I pulled up to the drive thru, I realized that instead of doing two transactions, it would be easier to transfer money from on account to the other to make a singe withdrawal. At the last moment, I drove to the left into the employee lot and used my iphone app to begin the transfer. A woman opened the side door to the building and told me that that was an employee lot. I responded that I was transferring money prior to going though the drive thru, would only be a moment, and there seemed to be plenty of empty spaces. She insisted that I move, so, without a word, I backed up across the lot to the right side next to the dumpster to finish my transaction. Within 2 minutes, I was surrounded by 5 police cars, searched, placed in the back of a squad car and my European SUV (financed by the credit union) was searched. I was detained for almost an hour while the cops chatted and stood around. Finally, I was released and told that I was banned from the Pines Road branch and I told them that my money was banned from Barksdale Federal Credit Union. Thats customer service and loyalty for you. Never will I darken those doors again. Nor, will I ever stop even momentarily in an employee lot. I am so bad.....
