It is just past midnight here, and my kitchen is a hot mess however comma my husband shall have a few delectable taste bud pleasers when he arrives home from work this 3:30 am. I will not have to cook in the heat of the day tomorrow which will be just lovely, and I suppose my mess can wait to be tidied until the early morn. I have made a version of a long nearly forgotten recipe; Kenyan curried chicken and rice, which was given to me by a dear friend from Kenya. I also made a toothsome THM friendly jalapeno popper dip and a handsome THM friendly pumpkin cheesecake w a coco tinted almond butter crust. I shall fatten up my pretties whilst I whittle down my voluptuousness and I shall enjoy immensely, the gentle devouring of said delectables.
