It is kind of funny that there is so much emphasis on muscles all around! When anyone who has ever trained seriously and participated in a sport know that joints are the weakest links! Having said that not too much literature or not too many supplements are available to support or strengthen joint structures. (PS: a joint (ligament) injury may take longer to heal than a fracture or a muscle injury! Thanks Angela for reminding me of that fact) Improving your movement biomechanics and lifting technique are effective ways to protect (and strengthen) your joints. These will ensure you end up training or performing uninterrupted for years.
