It is legal to treat ONLY American citizens as citizens. It is NOT legal or constitutional to treat illegal alien foreign nationals, who violated U. S. Border and Immigration Law by entering the USA unconstitutionally and illegally, as American citizens. Neither President Obama nor ICE have ANY power and authority to tell police officers in a sovereign state that they have to ignore the Constitution of the United States, violate the U. S. Border and Immigration Law themselves, and call illegal aliens citizens when they have not followed the REQUIRED U. S. Immigration and Naturalization Law process and been approved for U. S. citizenship. Any foreign national who violates U. S. laws should be permanently barred from obtaining U. S. citizenship, should be fined and serve a prison term, then be deported. Thats what automatically happens to any American citizen who violates Mexican law by entering Mexico illegally, plus they are required to pay a hefty fine.
