It is my belief that the base commanders putting out the policy and making it clear about troops will be court martial for giving money to christian groups or tea party type groups, have a different motive then you think. The DHS not the military stated that these groups were terrorist and its the traitors in DC that put forth the NDAA stating that aid of a terrorist group was unlawful.
