It is my honest opinion that a legislation needs to be enacted and enforced barring Mps from using CDF cheques and contribution in private or public harambees thus making the fund a campaign tool. I equally find no logical sense in Mps hopping from one place to the other distributing cdf cheques when we have a full cdf committee comprising Accounts Manager, chairman, secretary, treasurer and other members who should be doing such assignments, the Mp is a patron of the fund and his role should be advisory and supervisory...period!!!!!
