It is my pleasure to apprise you that weve already commenced a very long journey with our Young Past Pupils Association, which has to be formed in due course. This is something that all of you wanted and so that boosting us up to form it ASAP. But like everything it takes time. May be that is for the best. To get all the ideas about our effort revealed, which were being spread among you , we decided to arrange a meeting by gathering all the enthusiastic members from each batch and I am glad to mention that we were successful up to certain extent. We allotted the time as 10.00 am yesterday (19th of October, 2014) for the meeting. For the time being I will just brief the matters we deliberated during this meeting. 1. Arrange a GET TOGETHER in coming December along with the formation of our association and most probably this would be our first AGM. 2. Construct the constitution for this association in advance. And the meeting to do so will take place on 26th of October, 2014 from 10.00 am onward at the school premises. We kindly invite all the representatives of each batch to witness this substantial occasion and all the complements on this day would be welcome. 3. Support 2011 batch to organize the Blood Donation Camp. On behalf of all our brothers and sisters, I would like to give the privilege of updating us about this effort to one of the brothers/ sisters from 2011 batch. P.S.
