It is my understanding that we should embrace our ego because that is what they were created for. I do not buy into the notion any longer that we should work to rid ourselves of it. I feel and it is my belief our egos should be healed and restored. Even Jesus has an ego. We all have them, why should we deny ourselves the Right to exist. Hi my name is Reid and I have restored my ego to a healthy state and I am proud to be myself. I love being myself. Why should i work to destroy i when I is a gift.
