It is my view that in spite of President Jonathans defiency in charisma and the gift of the gab, his greatest handicap is ineffective communication of his achievements. The man has recorded some critical milestones in some areas that had been ignored for decades or looked insurmountable. His communication is always reactive, rather than proactive - always reacting to what Lai Mohammed of the APC said or what Sahara Reporters wrote. It allows the opposition to set the communication agenda and then begins to play catch-up. While it is still struggling to explain itself, another allegation surfaces, and the cycle of defence and explanation continues.
