Taxation policies favoring 35% of the base of Canadians, (those who vote conservative usually.) Mockery of the legislative House of Commons. Gutting the release of information act so that Ministers can over rule individual requests. Preventing publicly paid scientists from sharing information. Spending $1.2 billion of public monies on constant posturing and advertising, i.e. Action Plan. Knowing about Foreign workers getting paid less. Gutting Union powers with constitutionally challenging legislation over freedom of speech. Challenging the Supreme Court and implying the Prime Minister has more power and the current government can over rule precedent. Newly released policy documents indicating it is choosing to fight aboriginals who are using lawyers to seek public redress of treaty violations. Record spending on public lawyers. Constant accusations of wrong doing towards aboriginals and 15% cuts to programming while every other program faced only 10% or 5%. (I have seen some numbers but this one may be loosely accurate until further notice.) Mandatory sentences illegal. Increasing crime spending during record decrease in crime and new crime laws are increasing jail numbers so that prisoners are double and triple bunked regularly. Taking away powers of individual ministers to speak out on matters of conscience. Illegal campaign contributions, party charged. Lowest spending on science and absolutely little funding on basic research; policies changed to only science that pays off in direct monies. Policies favoring part time work, record increase in part time workers. Attack on public sector by lying about lazy workers. Their own people indicate it was a lie. Shunning a public inquiry into murdered aboriginal women, states this is not a sociological phenomena. Its a crime phenomena. (Aboriginal women die of murder at rates 10x higher than the regular population. This is the very definition of a sociological phenomena.) New policy of purging emails at regular intervals and no long term policy concerning retention. The worlds highest differentiation between rich and poor come under their watch. Attack on veterans and no funding of their return, (private sector stepped in.) Defunding of womens organization studying missing aboriginal women. Defunding of programs helping special needs aboriginal children. Tried to force doctors to support anti-marijuana legislation. Thats off the TOP OF MY HEAD. If youre conservative tell me WHERE IS THE CONSERVATISM IN THIS?
