It is no surprise to some of you that I am addicted to old movies. The movie watched tonight Ruggles of Red Gulp, was set in the mid 1930s I think, I loved it! On the same patriotic level as when Red Skelton pledge allegiance to the National Anthem, I got quite teary eyed and my chest filled with humble pride when watching this movie as well. Not to ruin the story for others this short seen is in a busy American cow town. Ruggles a British Import is enjoying the freedoms here and he wants to stay. As usual while the Americans have taken their liberty for granted, and cant remember how the Gettysburg Address went.
