It is not cowardice to decline the position somebody has trusted me... But the big responsibility anchored to it, i must look forward and undertake. I am most willing to serve, most determined to fullfill the tasks and most happy to serve when i know the situation is transparent, most credible...and mostly associated with collaborative understanding despite i am neophyte..! I am not willing to get into the association which is in chaos esp.when past mentors did not model me the right administration. So coward are those who did not decide for themselves and take their stand!!!!!...
