It is not normal to be bloated after eating food!! Time and time again, you will hear people say they get bloated from eating certain foods but they seem to accept that this is normal. IT IS NOT! What is happening is your body is having a negative reaction to a food you have consumed. So, here is an easy way to pay attention to what youre eating and a possible way of avoiding it. Grab a pen and a notebook. At every meal, write down the food youve consumed. Then one hour later, write down how you feel after that meal. If you feel tired, sleepy, bloated or slightly sick, then drop those foods. If you feel fine and energised, then you can keep them in. Do this for a week, then look back and you should have a fair idea of what foods make you feel good or bad. You can then base future meals around those foods that make you feel good... Its all about trying to figure out the foods that suit you. What is good for you may not be good for someone else and vice versa. It may take a few months to get it nailed down but you will reap the rewards of it by removing the poor foods.
