It is not often that we post something that is not Brumby related - but this an important exception to the HVBA President. In 2008, President of the HVBA Kath Massey started a petition gopetition/petitions/ban-horse-fighting-in-the-philippines.html, to date this petition has almost 18,000 signatures and counting. Kath is banned from travelling to the Philippines, has been threatend by the Dept of Agriculture and the Palace of the Philippines due the decline of tourism to the country due to this petition, proving that one person can make a difference. Please sign and share and show the Philippines, as well as Korea and other Asian countries, that Horse Fighting is not acceptable and your tourism dollar will not be spent in these countries as long as this barbaric sport continues.
