It is notified for information of all those candidates who have applied for admission to 4 Year B.Tech Course in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Main Campus and Computer Sciences and Engineering at North Campus for academic session 2013 that the vacant seats at North Campus in open merit and reserved categories quota shall be filled through last counseling session on 28th September,2013 at 11:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M in the office Chamber of Head,Department of Electronics & IT,Housed in 3rd Floor of Humanities Block,University of Kashmir,Srinagar as per the following schedule: Counseling Schedule:- S.No | Category | Cut off Merit for Counseling (JEE Score A+B) 1. | Open Merit | 85.62 to 79.82 2. | SN | Above 50.00 Note: 1. Duly filled in counseling forms available for download on the University Website have to be submitted half an hour before the commencement of counseling session. 2. Candidates who fail to attend the counseling session in person or through their authorized representativesshall forfeit their right to admission. 3. The candidates likely to be offered admission to B.Tech under (Open/SN) categories shall have to deposit a cash amount of Rs 5,000 at the time of counseling, which shall be non-refundable and adjustable towards their course fees at the time of completion of their admission. 4. Result shall be declared same day at 12:30 P.M. 5. It is further notified that admission process to B.Tech Programme for current Academic Session shall be deemed as closed on 3rd of October, 2013 at 04:00 P.M and no correspondence in this regard beyond this dead line shall be entertainable.
