It is now emerging that the The world war of 1945 would have over spilled to the 1960/70s had it not been the intervention of Kalenjin elders. Many of the Kalenjin sons were conscripted to the army in the both wars and fought alongside the British. The war did please the Kalenjins elders who felt their sons had been killed in Gonda(Eritrea) when fighting the Italians. after their assignment in Gonda, the Kalenjin sons were flown to Burma. While in Burma, one soldier, Sonaet araap Samoei, a grand son of Koitalel was requested to fly back home and seek ways of ending the war. Upon reaching araap Sonaeet met Oloitorian Barsirian arap Manyei and Kiboin araap Sitonik who gave a special rungu called Torgochet made of rhino horn. the magic wand had ndasumik(Kalenjic magic powder) and was to be dropped aboard the British planes. Reaching Japan, araap Sonaeet dropped the Torgochet rungu and three days later, an American Jew Paul Tibbets dropped the first atomic bomb(My Little Boy) in Hiroshima using Enola Gay jet fighter. The bombed killed 68,000 people at once. three days later, he dropped the second bomb, My Big Boy in Nagasaki killing a further 38,000 people forcing Japanese King, Hirohito to declare Japanes full surrender. it is the Kalenjin TORGOCHET rungu which brought the one to an end. The rungu was picked later and is being kept for future use again should there be another war in future. This story has never been told before.
