It is obvious, that now, like EU, the armenian authorities as well, when describing the future cooperation perspectives do not speak about the RA economic development and its bright future, they refer about the judicial system reform, and in general, about the expected progress in the human rights protection sector, improvement of the management system and other issues with such a beautiful packaging, that sound like quite mockery things for our conditions. The exceptional and unwavering support of the European organizations to the forgery of the RA nationwide elections makes impossible to any prospect for the implementation of the points of the above mentioned joint statement. It seems that, the EU on one hand made everything possible and impossible, for Armenia to remain the voiceless military attaché of Russia and on the other hand tries to put the blame of what happened on Russia. We are witnessing the exceptional case, when the subversion of the RA association agreement with the EU proceeds from the interests of Russia, EU and the RA acting authorities. The declarations of EU-RA joint statement are unrealistic in the current realities of Armenia. EU is the active and interested participant and co-designer of the plans aimed to formation of those realities. The EU behavior is related to the reserved role for Russia in the near future. The issue is not so much in opposing Russia, but on one hand not to be identified with that country, and on the other, redirecting its conflicting potential towards the east.
