Therefore, we need laws that make difficult to obtain them. •Parents should be responsible if their kids have access to arms when they are minors, the education starts at home. •Age to buy a gun is important . A clean record of no mental disorders MUST be required with perfect data: finger prints matching Driver licenses or ID for future reference in case this information becomes necessary. The reformation of guns possession is not because we want to be against the arm production, or the sale of arms, or to block the right to bear arms, we are against the irresponsibility involved when a crime is committed. A microchip in the arms with owner information, including finger prints will be a great help. An automatic lock it or if the chip is removed. We, the people and the parents of those that have experience the horrors of losing a love one know of the need of this reform. We need a law that creates responsibility at the time to buy arms. This has to change.
