It is official Chinese government policy that the accounting for any nations pollution should be on a per-capita basis. With Chinas huge population, this means that Chines per-capita pollution is lower than American per-capita pollution. China draws its conclusion according to its political policy. It is therefore official Chinese government policy that the United States is the worst polluter in the world. They dont let such realities as those in this photo get in the way of their policy, which allows them to continue building coal-burning power plants, of which they have built many hundreds in just the last ten years. Chinese commitment to fossil fuels is great. They have become Iraqs biggest oil customer - making it plain that America went to war in Iraq to keep Iraqs oil market open to China. China interferes with Australian politics regularly over coal issues, by controlling the mining industry. They have been causing genocides in Africa to keep markets open to them - they maneuver different Negro tribes to kill each other off in the interest of controlling their oil market. Chinese pollution is not limited to the biosphere - most of the space trash circling the globe is the result of a Chinese demolition of a space platform a few years ago. But NASA is the only agency anywhere that monitors space trash, so, in effect, China has given NASA a huge task of keeping track of space junk. That is a war tactic, similar to creating a denial of service overload in a computer network, by overworking it. (Historically, one of Africas biggest problems has been the advantage that foreign interests have made by getting Africans to kill or enslave each other. The Europeans did buy and sell Africans, but they bought the Africans from other Africans, who conquered them and sold them off.)
