It is on THIS day I bring to bear the tears of my ancestors. I remember Malcom X, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela, Minister Desmond TuTu, Sister Harriet Tubman, Honorable Dr. Frederick Douglas, Brother Huey Newton, Professor Angela Davis, The Brilliant Bobby Seal, Brother Nat Turner, Sister Rosa Parks, Brother H. Rap Brown, etc... the list goes on, and on, and on... UNDERSTAN ME!!! My ancestors cry many tears! Its time we, as people of color, come together again in the light of STRUGGLE & KNOWLEDGE! We MUST gather at the water and organize nationally to establish Grant writing groups, Think Tanks, Music and Arts Co-ops, Educational and Strategic Think Tanks, Social Paradigm Think Tanks, Historical Perspective Think Tanks, and Religious & Spiritual Unification Think Tanks!!! We must have a collective consciousness JUST LIKE THE 1960s!!! If we dont take charge of our condition, someone else will. All it takes is the most influential and well educated of our ranks to galvanize with the wealthiest of our ranks, and we cannot be stopped!!! Our mission - UNITY THROUGH OUR DIVERSITY - STRENGTH THROUGH OUR STRUGGLE - SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT THROUGH COLLECTIVE COOPERATION!!!
