It is one kind of blessing when we get to visit the patients in the hospital here in Guatemala. It is another whole kind of blessing when they visit us! On Monday and Tuesday we had patients here on property from Hermano Pedro Hospital from 9am - 3pm. From children to elderly men they did their own various activities, which included playing with a ball or parachute or just enjoying a trip around the field. The IGNITE interns shared some of the songs we do at Kids Club with them and also gave them a tour of the property. They made balloon animals, hats, and blew bubbles for the patients. It was a blessing to see the joy on the faces of not just our visitors, but our IGNITE interns and staff as well. We are excited to welcome another group again next week and thank God for giving us this unique way to share the love of Christ with the community in which He has planted us.
