It is our desire to visit Fatima in Portugal once again some time next year. We would also like to visit the dear homes of Lucy, Jacinta and Francis, as they mean a lot for us. There is so much peace and tranquility gained by visiting these places, and place before the Grotto of our Lady of Fatima, as well as the burial sites of Lucy, Jacinta and Francis. Some of our profound prayers and desires in life that we confided in our Lady of Fatima have always come true. These may be simple prayers but the rewards are fabulous and beyond words. We are praying every day with our Lady of Fatima to provide safety and security for our son, Allen serving his active duty in Afghanistan so that he returns home safely as planned. We have always prayed with Lady of Fatima because the Fatima Retreat House is in our very neighborhood in Mangalore for the past sixty plus years where we have visited ever so often, and placed our humble petitions before the Lady that has always blessed us and protected us. Lady of Fatima, please pray for us.
