It is out of deep frustration and anger that I must let you know that our PetCams are currently NOT available over the Internet (as some of you already know) and I highly doubt they will be available over the holiday week, in spite of reassurance from Chad, the owner of Smart Networks, our Internet Service Provider. Please know that our cameras are fully operational, and we can view them internally with no trouble at all. Unfortunately,we pay this company, Smart Networks, to deliver this viewing service to you via the Internet to your home computers, tablets and smart phones. As you might know, this company has provided unreliable service in the past, and we have had no other options in our rural location. In the past two days, I have placed numerous calls to Smart Networks with no response so Im not feeling too confident that holiday travelers will be looking in on the pets over the Internet. I am so truly sorry, and I wish there was something I could do to resolve this issue. But you CAN help! Instead of calling us to express your disappointment, let Smart Networks know how angry you are with them by calling them at 740-236-1673. Demand to know when you might be able to view your pet(s) again on the PetCams. Demand an explanation for the disruption in service, and demand immediate action! In the meantime, know that I am working feverishly to find a company that is professional, honest and reliable. Please accept my most sincere apologies. No one is more disappointed than I that you cannot see your pets in action. We will do our best to keep the pictures coming throughout the remainder of 2014!
