It is perfectly OK , if every once in a while you stop counting your macros for 2 or 3 days , under THESE conditions : 1- keep your food intake balanced . 2- make Sure youre still in a caloric deficit or At least Maintenance level - if you wish to maintain your status that is . 3- make sure the percentage of CRAP food does not exceed 20% of what youre eating throughout the day .
