It is plain idiotic to deny that all Namibians who were inside the country did cooperate with the Apartheid. Everyone collaborated with the Administration of Owamboland (Governement). The kings and queens had military camps to protect them. Elderly persons were receiving social grants. Teachers and nurses were working for SWA Government. Student and learners who attended schools before and soon afetr independence, were taught under Apartheid system. All grown-ups had to carry the Kopkaart.
