It is reported that Boikarabelo is looking for $400 Million to fund the construction of all site infrastructure and rail link....Over the past three months, the following developments was undertaken: * 1 320 person construction camp(i.e hostel), *rail link bridges, * power supply infrastructure, rail * network stabilization facility (NSF), * earthworks relating to the construction offices, power supply and NSF, * permanent water supply infrastructure and * 13km of water pipeline adjacent to public roads. The Marapong effluent treatment facility in Lephalale and associated pipeline to Boikarabelo remained an integral part of the mines social and labour plan .....Procurement.... ***Signed contract with engineering advisory firm, Ceenex to undertake engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) for construction of the treatment plant to Boikarabelo and associated pump infrastructure... ***Signed an engineering, procurement and supply contract with FLSmidth Roymec to complete plants, equipments, and services for the global minerals industry ***Signed construction management with FLSmidth to manage on-site mechanical and electrical installations for coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP) ***Signed five year loan facility for up to $113 million for full cost of the mobile equipment fleet with Komatsu Financial Ltd Partnership.*** Three long term export offtake contracts have concluded with CESC, Value Investments and Noble Group *** Dosmetic offtake contract for 3 million tons a year of coal has been concluded with Noble Group for the first eight years of production
