It is right time to talk about Nepali Jana Samiti America- As we all know, Jana Samparaka Samiti America, a sister wing of Nepali Congress Party has schedule for its 2nd Unity General Convention at Dallas, TX on Nov 22 and 23 of 2014. Well, members and well wishers of Nepali Congress Party are going there to participate the event. When I first learned about venue, I was surprised with these Central Committees Big Boys coz in my opinion New York or surrounding states are best place for General Convention or any types of meetings, where many NCP members can join the program but intentionally this program was taken to TX, which is an anarchic decision. 2nd voting system, I found Jana Samparka Samiti is moving backward by choosing on the spot voting system coz many in America have tight schedule and also have their own condition which will keep them away participating in the General Assembly and voting to their candidates. There are many voting system in present era among which electronic voting system is most popular at present days. By doing spot voting system but only at convention venue meaning many can not vote, meaning the rights of the members is intentionally blocked. We called Nepali Congress party as one of the oldest democratic party and we do proud in the same but in this particular issue I must confess, democracy and democratic practice is taken out from Jana Samparka Samiti America. One good thing about this election is- finally this election will end all the confusion that plagued this organization. Lets talk about Presidents candidate. So far Mr. Anand Bist (Gorakh Bahadur Bist) has declared his candidacy. Though many other are throwing cards for the post of president (not declared publicly or officially yet) but we should compare best among them. History of the organization shows, Mr. Bist is long run horse in this race. He honestly worked for organization. Comparing to other BIG BOYS of Jana Samparka Samiti America, Anand Bist is the best. I have to confess, he is polite to everyone and can run this organization, if given him a chance, therefore I definitely support Mr. Bist for this post and I also request Jana Samparka Samiti Americas delegate to vote Mr. Anand Bist for the post of President of the org. While Anand Bist declared his candidacy, he should coordinate with other genuine friends and declare other post as well, or this will create confusion to the voters about-WHOM TO CHOOSE. My opinion, Anand Bist needs best hands and brains at the committee to run this organ or he will be failure to success. So, Lets support Anand Bist for this time and expect to hear in public (Official announcement of other candidates for the rest of the post) about other best candidates name.
