It is sad that we have grown so polarized in our society. Im a conservative, but I refuse to back fellow conservatives when I think they are dead wrong. Our nation should be great enough that even the most politically wrong among us should be able to post and speak freely without being condemned. Disagreed with, yes, but not condemned or written off as un-American (therein lies a very dangerous road.) In a way, to paraphrase something I recall reading in a Star trek novel back in the 80s-90s, we should be a nation so great that we even have the right to be wrong, so long as we do not try to force our opinions on others.
