It is sad that we sometimes abuse authority and ignore guidelines, - TopicsExpress

It is sad that we sometimes abuse authority and ignore guidelines, hoping to get away with it. I am sure there was a team that sat to deliberate and decide on this and its not a one man show. We should give these guys some credit. FAZ has the peoples best interest at heart am sure and this can still be addressed with an appeal. We should not OK everything, just because we think its unfair, but look at ways of helping people address their issues. I remember reading one part of the decision being that Simataa has not appeared when called to do so by the panel. Look at that with an open mind and you will realise that this in itself is a disregard of authority and disrespect of an administration in office, and to ensure order is in place, it is disturbing to think that no reason for such an act may have been given, likely causing the panel to proceed and act on this and other issues with reasons issued in the ban. A life ban is too much, and I must add I like Simataa and believe he has good intentions, sometimes, but we all need to be disciplined when we are wrong and when a friend is wrong, a friend is wrong and what follows should be an example for the rest not as a joy factor to those that are not in this situation, but a reason for good counsel and guidance, helping those at fault. What positve advice has Charles Musonda go to share with FAZ and Simataa in this situation is what is key, any other suggestions, utterances and statements would seem like a lack of confidence in a seating FAZ executive. I believe we have a competent team at FAZ and they need our support, always and not sometimes.Andrew-Knox B Kaniki
