It is shaping up to be a busy January. If all goes as scheduled, I will be closing on my house on Lawrence on the 8th. I had a contract within 1 day of the listing hitting the internet! I kept it on the down-low until we made it through the inspection/appraisal process. I will be celebrating my niece, Halis, graduation with her and my sister in Costa Rica directly afterwards. Last night, I booked my trip to attend the Ladies Charity Skeet Classic in VA in April. Now I am scoping out a trip to wine country in March! I vow to make 2015 a year of travel. Bring it!
